PSA 16 (Socially Excluded Adults) Regional Delivery Board

The Public Service Agreement 16 (Socially Excluded Adults) is concerned with increasing the number of people in employment and settled accommodation across four key groups:

Those who are in contact with secondary mental health services
Those who have moderate to severe learning disabilities
Care leavers
Offenders under probation

The cross departmental nature of this PSA makes implementation particularly difficult.

The purpose of this board is to drive improved delivery of Employment and Accommodation outcomes for these groups through prioritising poorest performers and developing a Regional Action Plan.
