ERDF 2007-2013 PMC Cross-Cutting Themes Sub-Committee

The role of PMC is to improve the quality, performance and overall impact of the ERDF programme by facilitating effective delivery of the CCTs.

Background

The purpose of Cross Cutting Themes (CCT) within Yorkshire and the Humber operational Plan (OP) is to ensure that sustainable development and equality underpin and inform all activity finance through the programme. This will be achieved by supporting actions that help the region to move towards a resource efficient and low carbon economy that respects its environmental limits and champions actions that ensure that the people and communities can benefit from economic growth. The aim is to integrate or mainstream the themes across all activities.
