Again we have focused on the “Sub-National Review” with an update on the implementation and consultation process and the continuing lack of clarity on how the new regional arrangements will work. Mandy Wilson from COGS introduces us to the National Empowerment Partnership and its regional counterparts. A contribution from Naheed Arshad-Mather, Chair of the BME VCS Regional Panel, highlights the work of the Panel and guides us through some of the challenges ahead.
