sub regional infrastructure consortia

SubNet members at the Away Day in October

The ChangeUp programme was introduced to Yorkshire and the Humber in 2004 and was managed through four consortia – one for each of the four sub-regions. In 2007, a Regional Infrastructure Consortium was formed. Each of these consortia has been responsible for identifying needs in their own geographical area and for co-ordinating infrastructure support to best meet these needs.
